Prepare OSHA 300 Log, maintain accident/injury records, and manage Worker Compensation claims and the Return-to-Work Programs. -Report and/or review findings from internal and external audits, facilities inspections, or environmental testing e.g (Groundwater, Stormwater monitoring). Develop and bring to completion corrective action plans that are generated as a result of such findings.-Oversee Transportation Compliance Programs, including, DOT Driver Qualification Files, Drug/Alcohol Programs, Vehicle Inspections, Hours of Service, Driver training, etc.

-Implemented key decisions regarding the safe consolidation and or repacking of lab packs, loose packs, and reactive materials to maximize the material consolidated into fuels blending and roll-off containers and minimize the amount of material requiring offsite treatment in smaller containers. -Ensured effective and safe consolidation or repacking of small containers into larger containers to reduce the volume of outbound shipments. -Safely managed flammable and non-flammable compressed gases cylinders received at the facility. -Interpreted analytical data from laboratories and resolve any discrepancies with the lab or operations personnel. Such analytical review included understanding analytical parameters associated with the regulatory status of materials received for management onsite, and how they affect the treatment or handling of the material onsite with respect to the facility permit restrictions as well as the profiling and acceptance of the material by our treatment vendors. -Worked with internal and external customers on how to lab pack certain hazardous material or how to prepare certain lab pack items for shipment into the facility. -Ensured the accuracy of all internal documentation, including login sheets, tracking logs, manifests, LDR’s, or drum inventories. -Completed manifests, land-bans, and other documents related to the shipment of lab packs, loose packs, reactive, or compressed gases. -Worked directly with outbound (TSDFs) treatment, storage and disposal facilities to provide the necessary paperwork for outbound container approvals. -Reported paperwork discrepancies or TSDF issues that could cause ECOFLO to be out of compliance.
