At Mapledown, I carry out all the duties as an L2 plus, I:• Supervise the whole class and deliver pre-prepared activities during the short absence of a teacher.• Lead the Zoom sessions with students during the absence of a teacher.• Work with the teacher in lesson planning, evaluating and adjusting leslessons/works as appropriate.• Establish productive working relationships with pupils, acting as a role model and setting high expectations.• Supervise students on visits, trips and out of school activities as required.• Supervise students during leisure and lunchtimes. • Provide general administrative support, e.g. produce worksheets for agreed activities.• Comply with policies and procedures relating to child protection, health, safety and security, confidentiality and data protection, reporting all concerns to an appropriate person.
