He demonstrated an in depth understanding across the many disciplines required to build a small company in a dynamic and competitive industry. Scott’s professionalism and ability to clearly communicate the company’s expectations enabled OPI to attract and retain the key sales, technical and operational personnel necessary to establish the company’s organizational foundation. His long-term business planning process was excellent and provided a solid basis for a regular cadence of forecast and business reviews throughout the year. In 2015, OPI was recognized as Zebra Technologies’ VAR of the year in the over $10 Million category.
