  My role here provided me with further opportunities to experience client contact where I managed difficult conversations, especially over the phone. This experience has helped me guide and provide mental, emotional, health and well-being information, advice and safety planning. I was able to work with young people till the age of 25 experiencing on a range of emotions on a range of issues such as crime, family, relationships, education, risk-taking behaviours, self-harm, substance misuse, mental health / ADHD / family dysfunction and discrimination, etc. This experience has been complimented in other settings like the schools I have been placed at.
