  I manage a group of 65 engineers to form Audio Accessories group for Motorola Solutions reporting into Senior Leadership in Penang and USA.We are tasked to develop Next Generation Audio Accessory for Motorola Solutions device portfolio mainly for Public Safety use. We manage almost a 1Billion USD worth of revenue for both after market and inbox radio sales Audio accy mainly are high featured Remote Speaker Microphones ( RSM ) for Fire and Police market and everything in between like carry cases, holsters, mobile accy , survelience kits; headsets , bluetooth products including unique point solutions for vehicle application, wave 5k and 7k application and customizing platform solutions to win bids in particular regions.

  NPI Technical Program manager; started with New Product Introductions for Sun Mircosystem CPU boards. After a year new challenging assignment was given to run Xyratex NPI and transfer NPI from Johore plant to Penang. Xyratex NPI was a small build NPI with many variants and mostly memory and Hard Disk Controllers. This with a team of 6 people we managed to get the NPI running like clock work on a weekly basis a new NPI or NPI variant was run. We not only turned around the account but had much more new sales going into production much sooner then planned. After 2 years I yearned to get out of EMS and back to my core expertise R & D engineering products.

  started as Design engineer for car radios and left after 10 years as Technical Program Manager. This was where i started to love my work. I designed not only a great radio tuner but had the opportunity to study the electrical design concepts and what was good to have in a car radio tuner. I grew with this company after a successful stint of 8 months in Germany to co design an Opel car radio. I came back and implemented this into production and gained accolades for a 60K per month output. My next stint was in 1996 - 1998 where i was posted on assignment as a software programing lead to Germany , head quarters for Blaupunkt. I designed the software for the car radio for Renault and introducing Software features that are Renault specific. I was selected as part of management talent and made a trip together with the top business leaderss and top Bosch Talents for a summit in Stuttgart. As a enthusiast squash player I took part in the World Business Games for Squash while I was in Germany
