I had the opportunity of working closely with Preeti at NewBase where she was our Content Team Lead. It was a wonderful experience working alongside a team lead who understood the value of good teamwork — she managed the content team well, was always ready to listen to new ideas and suggestions, and has the ability to think on her feet and adapt quickly to the situation. We worked remotely but thanks to her great communication skills, we were able to work efficiently despite not being in the same office. She's also a compassionate manager who took time to listen to the needs of her team to ensure that their well-being is taken into consideration. While I was managing our content team’s delivery pipeline as an account manager in 2020, I worked with Preeti on some of the most demanding projects at NewBase Singapore. She was extremely quick with adapting regional language tonality, and client context. Our client landscape was extremely vast, the turf varied from tourism boards like that of Singapore & Taiwan, and real estate & healthcare brands like CapitaLand & Changi General, to automotive & tech giants like McLaren & Samsung.
