  My work starts from understanding the brief (client’s requirement) from the Business Development and Client Servicing team. Once I receive the brief I then conduct a thorough research about competitors and do a thorough competitor analysis. Competitor analysis will consist of best practices followed by competitors which can be implemented to the client’s deliverable. I supplement competitor analysis with research about the latest in graphic design trends. I discuss my analysis with the client servicing (account management) team in a brainstorming session. My work on the designs commences only after the brainstorming session. With regards to managing the team, I transfer the client’s brief to my team and train them in designing the deliverables. Additionally, I conduct regular brainstorming sessions and review meetings with my team, to talk about their ideas, help them with their difficulties and to encourage team members to get a better output from my team.
