  I have since 2017 specialised in Medico-Legal Assessments working on a part time basis for Bux and Associates and Buitendacht Riverwalk and Associates. Since 2021 I am in private practise as sole Director of Vision Industrial Psychology specialising in Medico-Legal Assessments to provide Attorneys with potential loss of income reports, related to RAF (Road Accident Fund) claims, Medical Negligence claims, Personal Injury claims, Wrongful Arrest claims, as well as Potential Loss of Support claims. All work is done in line with the Professional Code of Conduct, as set out by the HPCSA. I aim to deliver objective and accurate reports, utilising accredited psychometric assessments and thorough collateral interviews, in a timeous manner. I recognise that my services contribute to the lives of my clients, and their potential loss of earnings hence all work is performed professionally taking into consideration the needs of the client as well as the needs of the organisation. My previous working experience relates to the Government Industry, namely the South African Police Service where I have extensive experience in Employee Health and Wellness.
