Prazzal was a primary lead in an Corporate Project Assignment for Barrington OPS while he was completing his Masters Technology, Entrepreneurship and Innovation (MTEI) at the Sobey School of Business. His task was to work with a small team to develop a strategy to expand our market reach to grow our business. Prazzal showed initiative, drive, a willingness to learn and apply that learning, along with an inquiring mind. His questions to ensure understanding of our needs and our business were well timed and appreciated. He worked closely with two of his class colleagues and showed leadership in setting direction and held himself and others accountable to achieving the goal. Prazzal is as a team player, and someone who would be a valued contributor to the success of any team. His presentation skills are strong. He understood the deliverables for our project, and he and his team came through. We were thankful to have him on the assignment.
