What I find unique about Pravin is his ability to be both warm and demanding. Few people get that balance right. Pravin invests both his brain and his heart into his job; he connects activities, people and facts to drive an effective process. In my responsibilities to create and grow Cisco's Consulting Services business in the EMEAR region, Pravin showed a remarkable balance between operational flexibility and rigour. This was what was needed to successfully set up a new business within an existing, large corporation. Pravin's human side and his sense of humour, in addition to his COO skills, made him an outstanding business partner.

Pravin recruited me into Cisco in 2002-03 as a member of his Vertical Transportation Team at Cisco. He has remained a close friend and advisor ever since. Passionate, transparent, and seasoned executive, he consistently has the best interest of the organization….regardless of personal impact. Highest levels of integrity. I've admired his focus on results and detail while fully grasping the strategic intent. He deals well with ambiguity and is superb at breaking complex issues into manageable chunks for execution. In particular, he is adept at matching corporate vision with the practical realities of company capabilities — what is it exactly that the company can deliver to meet and exceed customer expectations. I strongly recommend him as a leader — if you have further questions, please do not hesitate to call me.

I've known Pravin for almost 5 years, when we met in Services Marketing and I've stayed in touch with him since. • Pravin's greatest strength is bringing maturity and leadership to teams such that the team is able to accomplish great things. Maturity is represented by his level-headed approach and calm demeanor. Leader is represented in his passion, demand for the best effort and desire to "do the right thing". Innovation, success and growth stem from the efforts of an outstanding team and Pravin provides the right leadership to create such a team. • I also appreciate his critical thinking skills. A very quick learner, he consistently demonstrates the ability to take on new and ambiguous problems, simplify the complex, articulate a set of next steps for the organization then lead the implementation. As you can tell, I strongly recommend Pravin…and happy to answer any questions you may have.
