In my association of over 10 years with him, Praveen has astonished me by repeatedly proving his expertise in Scope (Business analysis, Requirements management, Change/Configuration Management) as well as Operations (Project management, People management and .Net technology) multiple times. Besides, his expertise and experience on pilot/POC for multiple products has strengthened his ability to identify and resolve "product complexities" right in the beginning of the project - something that is often difficult to achieve. With this plethora of skills, I see him as a "Problem Solver". I wish I could learn some of these skills from Praveen.

I found Praveen to be very responsive and very well informed about the project at large, including many technical details which I wouldn't have necessarily expected the project manager to be knowledgable about.
