Dr Praveen Choppala was my offical guide/supervisor in my M.Tech. thesis. My thesis developed Bayesian methods for time series modelling. Dr Choppala has been a great mentor from whom I learnt the beauty of Bayesian estimation. He had to unfortunately leave the institution just before my thesis examination. I wish him best.
