   Testing of raw material from NABL accredited lab , verify with Raw Mtl quality plan and give permission to use material for production. Checking all the parts at the time of production as well as before dispatch to the customer according to Quality plan , Control Plan & Drawing by using Sampling plan. Ensure all the parameters of machine are as per control plan. Pre-Dispatch Inspection activities - Ensure inspection of all Lots before Dispatch. . To ensure identification / implementation of counter measure action for any defecting line Quality problems. If we have defect in the part then find out the root cause and take a corrective & preventive actions on that defect. Resolving customer complaints. Monitoring Rejection / Rework data. Planning of rework activity. Calculate PPM on daily basis, of customer, sub-supplier & inhouse. Handling 8 D reports and CAPA reports. Also well familiar with PPAP documents. Follows SPC, MSA , kaizen ,5S , poka yoke ,7 QC tools, etc. Coordinates with Sales, Purchasing, and Production department heads to resolve customer complaints and provide status & updates on corrective actions taken. Provide guidelines to production department on the implementation of assurances, process controls and CAPA systems to ensure that internal and external requirements are met. Maintain all QA audit documentation and facing Audits like ISO, customer Audits, etc. Give Training to quality inspectors to improve their skill matrix. Also give training to all employees about 5S , Kaizen, Safety. Maintain Documentation like Product Audit, process Audit , Dock Audit as per yearly plan. Displaying quality gates, quality alerts . Taking Supplier Audit regularly as per plan , monitor their performance and give feedback for improvement of their system. Taking internal Audits of all the departments in company and find out the gaps in system. Taking weekly Meetings of quality team & make a plan to reduce PPM score and quality issues.
