Research and media relations: • Manage a company-wide content strategy & maintain a calendar focused on creating thought-leading market research. • The first author for more than 50 research reports across asset classes in the UAE. • Manage all media relations for the firm including addressing media queries and op-eds on market trends. Provide media exposure to other business lines leading to cross-selling opportunities & revenue generation. • Coordinate with the internal marketing team, external media channels and social media to maximise research-related PR outreach. • Liase with global research teams for knowledge sharing on a wide variety of global publications. • Periodically present market reports to global investment banks, developers, free zones, financial institutions, operators, asset managers, REITs and corporate occupiers.
