Naren Selvaratnam
I have known Prathivea since 2016 when she was doing her degree in Psychology. Although she was not in my classes, I have observed her enthusiasm and dedication in organizing learning opportunities and events for fellow students to learn. This is a trait you find only in leaders. Prathivea is a great colleague to work with. While I was supervising the undergraduate and post-graduate psychology programs at CIRP, I worked closely with Prathivea, and she managed to liaise with 500+ students on a regular basis demonstrating skills conducive to be an excellent leader. I always consider it a privilege for me to work with her, and I am very happy to notice how much Prathivea has grown from a student to a senior education administrator in a short period of time. Without any hesitation, I strongly recommend Prathivea for any senior management position.
