My responsibilities Include•Ownership of the new joiners’ orientation program (this includes three full-day training sessions). This also entails preparing the induction schedule, acting as a liaison with trainers, analyzing induction feedback for process improvements and coordinating other induction related activities which includes preparation of the welcome kits, sending across the information to the concerned departments to set up the required logistics;.•Preparation of monthly training calendar and coordination with the trainers and the training institutes.Involved in HR system migration•Facilitated management interactions with the participants of the training programs•Lead for preparing the training handbook.•Rolled out the junior and mid manager level managerial development programmes based on discussion with the HOD’s•Process owner of the joining process.•Process owner the entire process of confirmations, Exits, Extensions, trasnfers•Serve as a link between management and employees by handling grievances.Preparation of Organisation charts as on need basis•Conducting and coordinating performance evaluation of employees annually for all the eligible employees.•Conducting and organising employee engagement events like Woman’s Day, Diwali celebrations, Christmas and Independence day etc. This involves preparation of emailer for the event, finalising a theme, procurement of requisite material for the event, coordinating with external vendors for decorations, snacks and music and other fun activities.
