  World Bank supported Solar PV Mini-Grid Projects (Myanmar National Electrification Projects under the Department of Rural Development, Government of Myanmar) • Led the successful execution of two solar mini grid projects (288 kWp and 96 kWp) in collaboration with international teams, supported by the World Bank. • Oversaw the entire project lifecycle, including project planning, design, procurement, construction, and commissioning. • Collaborated with cross-functional teams, including engineers, technicians, contractors, and suppliers, to ensure project objectives were met. • Conducted feasibility studies and site assessments to determine project viability, considering technical, environmental, and financial aspects. • Developed detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring adherence to project milestones and cost constraints. • Managed project risks by identifying potential issues and implementing mitigation strategies, resulting in smooth project execution. • Coordinated with local authorities, regulatory bodies, and community stakeholders to secure necessary permits and approvals. • Conducted regular site inspections and quality control checks to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards. • Prepared comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, technical specifications, and operation manuals. • Conducted training sessions for end-users on the operation and maintenance of solar mini grid systems.
