I had the opportunity to work with Prastut during his internship at Paytm and collaborate on several projects, specifically centered around improving our end to end Customer Experience. His sharp ability to identify grey areas helped us to take the product on to the next level. While identifying areas for improvement are one thing, finding efficient solutions is another and Prastut is exceptionally good at it. I was particularly impressed by how quickly he adapted to Paytm's design thinking process and efficiently tailor his proposals for the responsibilities assigned to him. His contribution made a dramatic difference in the productivity level of our team. Prastut would be a true asset to any positions requiring Customer Experience Design, Information Architect, and Design thinking. He would be an asset to any team and earns my recommendation.

Passion, creativity, leadership and humility are some of the words I would use to summarize Prastut's personality. I had the pleasure of supervising him for four months as an intern at EPFL, and was very impressed by his maturity and contributions to the team. We work on an educational platform with very complex data communication and user interaction requirements, and Prastut took the lead on our design process, taking us through every step. He first made a careful recommendation of which design framework would best fit our needs, and how we should structure the technical implementation, while negotiating with several "strong voices" in our team. He developed case studies and mockups, with a real understanding and willingness to listen to our actual needs (which is rare), and then began the implementation, while teaching the team to continue his work. His impact will be long felt in our project. Anyone would be very lucky to have him apply his dedication, intelligence and integrity to their project.

Tinkering and #build-ing in the blockchain space 🏗 Helped scale the blockchain tech consultancy business from 0 to $25k MRR. Got convinced that the invention of blockchain is the biggest horizontal innovation since the advent of the internet. Decided to branch off into building products out of consumer insights learnt while operating. Audience Engagement tools which enable digital media platforms to integrate social reactions with video or textual content. Selected in YC Startup School '18. Shelved this project as acquiring distribution became exponentially hard as we iterated over initial customer feedback. Should have thought about it before building 😅. My responsibilities included designing the current homepage of the website, a number of inner pages, as well as key launch marketing collaterals for social media and email distribution. The user experience (UX) was improved also. The process of design started first with creating wireframes in photoshop which after approval were HTML-ised. The Bootstrap framework was used to make the designs responsive.
