  OUTLINE: Performing a Design Engineer role to manage and co-ordinate global strategic projects through designing phase, manufacturing phase & assembly phase. RESPONSIBILITIES: Estimate of work involved and execute task of preparing design and drawings according to Clint requirements. Concept finalization & DAP Approval with respect to Clint requirement. Understanding and preparing the drawings of Material Handling machines such as Upper & Under carriage, Cabin, Boom, Stick, Counter Weight Fuel Tank Hydraulic Tank & Covers. Working with various teams such as FEA Team. Carrying out ECN (Engineering Change Notifications) and Bill of material creation. Co- ordinate with clients for reporting status of tasks, presenting the queries and resolving the issues as and when needed.; MHL335F Final tier-4 Engine integration (NPD-Project). Involved in the design of Upper carriage and fuel tank. Worked on other groups such as Cover, Engine & Exhaust, Installation Drawings & other groups. Creation of Production drawing for Supplyers. MHL250Final tier-4 Engine integration (NPD-Project). Finalizing the location & orinetation of Additional oil Cooler and Fuse Box. Creation of Production drawing Supplyers & Installation Drawings. Rear Camera Installation For MHL machine According to ISO Standard (ISO 5006) Installing the camera for rear visibality. Developed for camera mounting.
