The idea is that individuals benefit from a holistic approach in which a successful mentor coordinates all the services needed to manage their family's current and future needs. The mentor starts by developing a plan that will maintain and increase the individuals wealth based on that individual's financial situation, goals and comfort level with risk. After the original plan is developed, the mentor meets regularly with individual to update goals, review and rebalance the plan and investigate whether additional services are needed and ideally, follow individuals throughout their life. Today’s needs are changing fast and it is difficult for people to keep pace with it. We recognise that their needs are unique and keep changing over the course of lifetime. Currently, we are building our team in India and our goal is to go international in January 2017.
