      Bills Processing ERP/SAP: :2010 : Present ● Creating Purchase requisition (PR) and Purchase Order (PO) in ERP/SAP. ● Processing of bills of vendor payments, staff & student reimbursements towards purchase or travel for project related work. ● Cross checking of bills before forwarding it to PIC for signatures, data entry of all bills in excel sheets and in register. ● Scanning and uploading bills in the system as per ERP process. ● Procuring PIs’ signature on bills as per ERP requirements. ● Co-ordinating with staff from all projects for changes and corrections in the bills Documentation: ● Cross checking of reallocation requests across projects periodically, ensuring smooth processing of such requests, and coordination with PIs’ and project teams for the same. ● Updating google sheet list wise, maintaining and updating details of fund balances, tenure dates, prospective tenure extensions, project closures etc. ● Documentation of office copies of offline bills, Internal Fund Transfer and Payment within IIT Bombay. ● Filing all the TCTD related documents, audit documents and offline papers. ● Scanning and uploading minutes of meetings at TCTD and other documents on the drive. ● Details of projects with the date of start, extension and closure of all TCTD projects. ● Helping the team prepare Excel sheets of budgeted cash flow, funds utilization and balance statements.
