  Responsibilities* :1)-Preparation of Manpower approval Note as per monthly schedule & ensure deployment of manpower to optimize on MOP Targets in Body shop.2)-Ensure OEE as per defined targets.3)-Prepare On Job Training plan for BCA / Contract Labours & ensure its timely Execution.4)-Review daily Production plan with respect to schedule.5)-TPM activities & 5S: Lead TPM activities and maintain 5S on shop floor.6)-Discuss, review & analyze rejection related matters with superiors & generate Scrap note.7)-Responsible for compliance of all audits, IATF, OHSHAS, EMS, Customer etc. for production area & ensure successful closure of NCs on time, analysis and implementation of CAPA. 8)-Raise unsafe actions / unsafe conditions and mitigate potentials for accidents / incidence.9)-Lead Accidents/incidence investigations & analysis, root cause, closing ( safety related issues )10)-Review of down time of production, handling it, Making the uptime high so that MOP can be achieved11)-New parts from the customers – trials conduct and productions successfully, changes in the system as per the requirement, Bill of material and routing properly.12)-Cost Saving: Drive cost saving projects as directed by management.To support NPD department for ECN implementation. *Knowledge, Skills, Experience and Behavior** Good communication and influencing / negotiation skills.* Effective people management skills with an ability to motivate people and inspire teams.* Awareness of various quality systems and manufacturing processes.* Decision making in the Production area, Pressure handling in peak period.* Knowledge of implementation of IATF, EMS & OHSAS activities.
