       Ensure Unified Communications (IP Telephony) design is superior using the best practices to meet the current and future needs of the organization.        Troubleshooting core router issues connecting WNS offices across the globe as well process routers connecting remote locations using mixture of Cisco and Juniper products like Cisco 2600, 2800 and 3600 series of routers as well as Juniper M5, M7, M10 and M20 series of routers for leased line based processes and Juniper J4300 routers of Internet based projects.  The protocols used on process routers are BGP, OSPF and EIGRP, while WNS routers are connected through a partial mesh that uses MPLS on frame-relay.  Manages the firewall configuration of several process as well as organization-specific firewalls.
