  Reporting to Managing director. JOB PROFILE Department: Listing Operations (Imports) Sourcing for Disperses, Reactive, Acid, Basic, Direct dyes & All Dyestuff intermediates from China. Coordinate with overseas Suppliers for quotations, samples, shipping documents & shipping Coordinate with sales & production team for new requirements & pending import shipment status. Negotiation & Finalization Freight charges for import & export shipment. Coordinate with freight forwarders for vessel scheduled, out-standing & bill of lading Coordinate with CHA for clearance & custom queries. Clear the import goods/cargo under bond or direct delivery. Preparing relevant documents against import consignment’s payment for submission at Bank & co-ordination with bank for acceptance of import documents. Maintaining & Update Import Price list & compare with more supplier. Maintain & update the Stock of Bonded material. And sending the ex-requests to CHA. Department: Listing Operations (Exports) Coordinate with overseas Bayer for quotation, samples, shipping documents & shipping scheduled. Coordinate with factory for material status, labeling & dispatching the material for Nhava Sheva/ Air cargo. Preparing Pre & Post Shipment Documents. Negotiation & Finalization of Freight. Coordinate with freight forwarders for vessel scheduled, out- standing & Bill of lading. Coordinate with CHA for Air & Sea shipment clearance & custom query. Forward the Proof of export documents to the factory for their submission. * Visited CPHI & Interdye Asia – Domestic Exhibition. ACHIEVEMENTS: * Got opportunity to attend The 15th China International Dye Industry, Pigments and Textile Chemicals Exhibition, Shanghai China. * Independently visited various Suppliers Plant in China (Hangzhou, zhejiang, Jiangsu etc * Appreciated for efforts delivered in DGFT to get the Advance License, Focus Market, Scheme License, Indian Merchandise, Export Scheme, Incremental Export Knowledge & IEC amendments.
