In my observation, he has shown the capability to complete tasks assigned to him with minimum guidance, making him intellectually independent. He is a scrupulous person and can be entrusted to handle critical situations. He is also a creative person with a passion for technology. I want to highlight an incident where he worked on a previously unknown technology to him, grabbed the knowledge from his colleagues, and came out with innovative solutions that helped the team meet timelines. His passion for technology drives him to learn and explore technologies outside the domain of his work, and he has developed skills that will help him for a long time to come.

I had the pleasure to work with him for two years at TCS (CBIC project) Aside from his skills what I appreciate most is how reliable and responsive he is. When its 3 AM on a Saturday and I need to fix critical application which was down for an hour, he will answer his phone and collaborate.I was impressed by his ability to deal with even the toughest clients -effortlessly.
