Involved in documentation, preparation, internal auditing for conversion of ISO system, ISO 9002 to ISO 9001. Joined the organization as Draughts man in the year 1983 and reached the position of Joint Manager (Mechanical) in the year 2007. Head of Department for two nos. 1200 TPD capacity Cement Mills one with O- Separator and other with Dynamic Air Separator and all connected auxiliary Equipment. Head of Packing house section as Maintenance in-charge for 2 nos. L&T make Rotary fluxo Packers of RC- 12 type with all auxiliary equipment, along with a compressor house. The job responsibility was to upkeep the machinery in running condition by doing preventive maintenance. Having knowledge on maintenance systems, Interpersonal relationships, correspondence, raising and follow up of required spares, finalization of Quotations for works and other related works. Make machinery available for production targets by planned and preventive maintenance. Eliminate repeated troubles by analysis and taking preventive actions.
