Data comprises of many 2D sheet image of brain at different depth and we have segment each sheet and then join them all together to form 3D image of brain aneurysm. This project was done under the guidance of Professor Rajib Kumar Panigrahi(Electronics Department IIT Roorkee), in collaboration with Dr. Sarada Dakua (Research Executive at Qatar Foundation).
