  Various positions held Design Manager-Estimation and costing Tooling shop Manager Industrialization Manager Within Business Development group used to assist in Estimation and costing for bids, from there moved on to be Tooling shop in charge, made 700-1000/year, out of this 50% were light RTM moulds, responsible for tooling design for Light RTM parts, as position of resin channel and seals is critical in this process. Then was given additional charge as Industrialization Manager, with team 7 Engineers we used make fist off parts from moulds, freeze process parameters, develop jigs and fixture for bracket assembly and prepare process documents like Routecards and work instructions, culmination of this work was First Article Inspection with client and then hand over the moulds and with process instructions to production for serial production and then assist production in trouble shooting incase of any problem arises. During this period I was assigned the task of transferring Light RTM technology to BFG manufacturing plants in China and Philippines.
