My role as a Software Development Manager was applicable to 4 different teams, across Discovery, notably:- Management of the delivery of web and mobile applications that enabled the South African business market features, with a key driver on empowering self service capabilities whilst improving the general digital ecosystem. I worked within the centralized Group Systems Department which also provided key intranet capabilities engaging with supporting systems and business owners across the Group. Managing and developing direct reports' deliverables as well their personal growth paths.- Management of our Marketing and Distribution Systems, with a focus on Direct to Consumer Sales.
