When I became a tech lead at Cavisson I was given an opportunity to interview members for my team. One of the members that I selected was Pranay. He started out as a hardworking person with unpolished coding skills who was always looking for more work. By the end of my tenure though, he was the member I trusted the most when I had to get work done. In about 2 years of my experience working with Pranay, one most amazing quality that I saw was 'ownership'. He was the most active member on the team in terms of giving new ideas, pointing out potential issues, helping interns with their assigned work. One of the instances that I remember is actually after I moved to US and I wasn't his tech lead anymore. I needed a feature implemented fast in our product and I reached out to him. He worked on it like he owned the feature and was more than accommodating on design issues where he also pointed out potential solutions.
