As a part of SFGs Inventory Control Team, I am involved in managing inventory for SFGs 5 brands which includes CityChic, Millers ,Katies ,Crossroads and Autograph. SFGs brands has its presence in Australia,New Zealand, London ,South Africa and United States of America. My responisbilities includes :- Analysis of Aged Inventory Stock through ERP platforms like Epicor Merch, Epicor Smartlook and Riley Analysis of Variances for all the 5 brands and to maintain the variances below 20 days. Dail Snapshot Analysis for all the 5 brands. Implement process improvements in working with brands on order management and inventory management. Monitoring and managing the Online Inventory Integrity. Optimize product availability within budgeted inventory targets through effective end-to-end management of the inventory. Partial Analysis for all the 5 brands on day to day basis and to keep them to as low as 0.45.% Continous Analysis on inventory to assist in maintaining inventory data accuracy. Monitor daily, data transactions inventory throughout the business systems to ensure compliance by warehouse and support center of stock related operational processes. All the Inventory operations are done on ERP platforms like Epicor Merch and Smartlook. The online platform for all the 5 brands are managed through Amblique and Channel Advisor. Liase with the IT team on various bottlenecks involved in the logistics process and to continously bring on efficiency. Manage multiple projects – prioritizing, planning and delegating appropriate tasks Involved in Online forecasting for 5 brands on day to day basis. Assist the New Zealand based supply chain team for tasks like Store shipment and PO receipting of New Zealand inventory. Involved in PO receipting and store shipment of USA based products. Depending upon the stock level, carry out transfers through ERP system for replen or Online for all the 5 brands.
