• Prepare Basis of Design, Engineering Design Review, ITP, QA/QC, Material Takeoffs, BOQ, Cost Control Measures, Schedules, Action trackers, and other procurement functions utilizing Primavera, Microsoft Project. • Design and implement quality measures, manage and assess risk, inspect materials and equipment and determine the appropriate corrective actions for construction-related challenges on site. • Structural design based on AS 1170, AS 4100, AS 3600, AS 1418, AS 4324, AS 2870 in compliance with applicable loads, wind and seismic conditions. • Interpret and determine the ground conditions of Geotech reports, also providing instructions for the testing of ground conditions to support concrete and steel structure designs • 2D/3D structural design drawing & Building Information Modelling utilizing softwares - AutoCAD, Inventor, Solidworks, Advance Steel, Revit, Robot Structural Analysis, SkyCiv. • Design and Analysis check for structural steel welding in accordance with AS 1554. • Design check for structures and assembly using Spacegass, Robot Structural Analysis, and FEA check utilizing Solidworks, Inventor, and Tekla Structural Designer. • Platform, stairway and walkways design in compliance with AS 1657. • Pressure vessel design in accordance with ASME Sec VIII and AS 1210. • Tank design in compliance with API 650. • Provide input in design for selection of pipelines and pumps within wastewater, oil and gas industry. • Design check for pressure vessel, tanks and pipes using software such as PVElite, AMPreva, AMETANK, Smart 3D, Nozzle Pro and FE Pipe. • Fluid Hydraulic and mechanics design primarily focusing on transfer of wastewater & potable waterline through different station considering the terrain distribution and elevation in adherence to AS 2200 utilizing GIS, Watergems, Pipe Flow.
