  DUTIES &RESPONSIBILITIES: • Study of drawings, specifications and provide technical clearance to subordinates such as site engineers/supervisors. • Installation, testing and commissioning of electrical and ELV Systems. • Purchase order & technical follow-up with execution team. • Undertaking effective planning and prioritizations of workload wherever necessary. • Ensuring that resources are used to optimum effect. • Completing and maintaining accurate, timely documentation and records as required by the business. • Supporting other disciplines during the work execution. • Follow up with consultant for material submittal and approval on time. • Timely submission of clarification if found any variance with drawings and actual site condition. • Responsibilities of managing the Engineers/Sub-contractors and shall cover complete low current systems, small power systems, lighting systems, lighting protection systems. • To initiate / prepare Engineering /Material submittals,Vendor approvals,RFI’s / Method Statement etc., • Carryout necessary follow-ups with vendors / suppliers / sub-contractors for timely execution / delivery of the ordered items, any defective / rejected / materials or short delivered items. • Efficient planning and optimum utilization of Material and Manpower. • Active coordination with civil contractor / subcontractors for effective execution of works to ensure the project quality plan and in completion of time. • Prepare and project any requirement with respect to materials, plant and tools and manpower or any other items whatsoever required for timely /safe execution of respective services / activities. • Attend all weekly management/consultant/main contractor/client meeting and follow up the action assigned on the specified dates without any delays. • Supervise the Project staff (as mentioned in the project organizational chart) and make sure that all of them are executing works in accordance to the Job description.
