It seems strange, as Director of QA to be writing a recommendation for a Developer, but Prafash is exceptional, which validates the exception. Prafash is one of the few developers I have met during my career that I trust implicitly. When he says a problem is fixed, it is. When he unit tests code, he has already done 90% of the QA work and resolved any issues he came across. Prafash has a development skillset that is both wide and deep. He has worked on Mobile apps, he is excellent with the standard Microsoft development suite, and is, in general, one of the best all-round developers I have ever worked with.

Prafash is also able to point out any oversights in the design early enough and recommend changes, so that the final solution is highly improved.
