I strongly recommend Pradeep a customer savvy, relentless high tech marketing and business leader. Pradeep was involved with TI's DaVinci's multimedia DSPs and SoCs from very early in the product families history. He was a critical part of our marketing strategy and enabled the success of the product line. He worked across many end-equipment segments including video conferencing/calling, video surveillance, and set top box from both the client and infrastructure sides. Pradeep worked effectively with customers and internal technologists to best match TI's solutions to customer requirements. He always pushed the envelop on driving us the organization to create a willing solution including silicon, software, and development assets. He was always curious and humble with a "willing-to-learn" attitude. With customers engagements, he was relentless in discovering the way to win critical sockets. Often after even senior management had given up and counted sockets as lost because of huge barriers - Pradeep found a way to win. Once a customer designed us in, Pradeep always ensured that we would support them in a manner that would let them (and thus us) ramp to revenue in a timely manner.
