I have known Pradeep for at least to 5 years now. He is a really rare human being - authentic, humble and ever enthusiastic for more to do and accomplish. Even though the youngest member of our team - he was always the first to arrive and the last to leave. He quickly gained respect and admiration of his colleagues during his tenure at CLAAS and grew rapidly in responsibility and position. He took on transfers to a challenging location and did not hesitate in taking on new assignments. I would strongly recommend him - I am sure he would do well in any assignment that he takes on.
