Responsibilities: • Involved in end to end recruitment process. • Handling Junior, Middle & Senior management level recruitments. • Coordinating with Clients for various Manpower needs. • Understanding the recruitment requirements of Clients & manage all aspects of operations for achieving high customer satisfaction level. • Sourcing & Screening resumes through different job portals and internal database, candidate references, Headhunting, etc. • Understanding the candidate's profile and Identifying their suitability • Assessing candidate's credentials and qualifications. • Conducting HR Interview. • Scheduling the interviews of candidates with Clients for various rounds. • Taking feedback from Clients. • Negotiating on compensation package and joining time with the shortlisted candidates to get the Candidates on board.
