      I defined an IT strategy that supported this $80M omni-channel digital services provider (providing website development hosting, order management and fulfilment) for B2B/B2C retailers including Toys R Us, Army & Air Forece Exchange, Navy Exchange, Natural Partners, Dressbarn, Justice and Lowes. Hired following a period of rapid client onboarding and acquisition – the company struggled with a gap between delivery commitment and fulfillment.
