Responsible for guiding and mentoring Corporate & Unit HR Recruitment team for managing all aspect of Employee life Cycle (Hire to Exit) including hiring process from the portal, on-boarding, Induction, exits, background verification, employee personnel files and document verification, internal movements such as transfers and promotions etc. Involve in Screening of Candidates by taking Telephonic Interview which includes explanation of Job Description, Scope of growth, remuneration fee structure etc. Coordinate with Various functional Heads/Top Management for conducting smooth Interviews process. Negotiation of Salary with shortlisted Candidates and Roll out Offer and Appointment Letters. To Insure closure of Vacancies within Recruitment Timeline. Retention and Attrition Management: To guide and manage the overall attrition and ensure strategies for retention are implemented in all functions and locations. To develop best practices approach for minimizing associate turnover at all locations. Devising Associate Retention and Attrition Management strategies.
