She contributed to the successful creation 2.0 version of Fan design, CFM which existed for many years during her early days at Crompton. As designer her creativity, sensibility of forms and CFM, eye for detailing is noteworthy, she flawlessly managed stakeholders including vendors, suppliers and helped to manage projects within the timeline with her dedication and hard work. Prachi joined the TVS GD/CMF design team with a fresh outlook as the auto industry was new to her. As her skip level manager, I got to see her contribution to the Studio and to the company. Prachi quickly grasped the new industry work culture. In a short while, several of her designs were implemented and in production on various two wheelers made by TVSM.
