   Commissioning of power plants, CFBC Boilers, Turbine Generator, Centrifugal Compressors, Steam Condensation system and Packaging of HOC Air dryer.  Thorough understanding of drawing, planning, scheduling& execution of projects on site.  Field data collection, report preparation, inspection and customer interaction.  Finalization of subcontractors/ vendors related various jobs or as per requirement of each projects.  Manpower deployment & arrangement and tools & tackles of different skill labours as per the requirement of each project / various stages of projects.  Maintaining Quality as per standard.  Plan & assign tasks/ jobs to sub-ordinates and subcontractors as per schedule.  Coordinate Safety training & handling safety related issues.  Maintaining details of consumable purchase, consumed monthly.  Ensuring safety at site, work is maintained as safety norms.  Maintaining safety norms as per standard.
