Employees State Insurance: • Timely Submission of Monthly Remittance in Online Portal • Preparation of ESI Temporary ID card and issuing it to the new joiners • Arranging camps for the employees to take Pehchan (Permanent) ESIC card • Submitting of Half yearly returns through portal Contract Labour Management: • Amendment of contractor’s • Issuing Form–V to the contactor • Submitting Form VI B to labour office • Maintaining Form XII • Preparing and submitting Form XXV to labour office Gratuity: • Send monthly Employee additions & deletions details to LIC • Receiving the quotation and making payment to LIC Bonus: Calculating the bonus on accounting year basis. Labour Welfare Fund: Preparation of Form–A and making payment to labour office. Professional Tax: Making payment of Professional Tax to Corporation of Chennai an off-yearly basis.
