Bharuch Jamnagar Pipeline Project,Gujarat Spur Pipeline Project & Bharuch Relience Plant Project. REsponsibilties : as multi ndt technican .Radiographic testing using X-ray of pipe. Piping size starts from ½” to 50” diameter with using various techniques as recommended by company NDE Procedure. Ultrasonic Testing of Welded Joints Using Angle Beam as per ASME and AWS , API codes (pipe to pipe welds and Nozzles set on ,set in , tangential, dollar plate etc. Ultrasonic testing on steel plates for lamination (as per SA 435). Magnetic Particle inspection of Welded Joints using YOKE and PRODE. Responsible for radiographic film interpretation and review. Visual Inspection of Piping/Welding Joints, Tanks & vessels. Responsible for UT interpretation and repair work. Familiar with handling of all Project QA/QC Documents. Maintaining NDT status and co-ordination with sub contractor & Inspectors Coordinating Punch list activities related Test pack and Client Master Punch List with site Engineers, Supervisors and QC Inspectors.
