Matt provided us with excellent service when we purchased our home from Pulte. His customer relations meetings with us were thorough and he was always on-site at the time of the meeting and was courteous. Matt is very personable and he is good at keeping track of clients by knowing names and remembering client concerns. He promptly returned our calls when we had questions and answered them with an obvious in-depth understanding of housing products.

Worked to build strong relationships with homeowners by gaining their trust and listening to their concerns. Made goal to anticipate needs of customer and react in a positive way. Had intimate knowledge of 47-page warranty manual, which quickened decision-making process. Served as 24-hour on-call customer relations manager for entire city multiple times a year.
