Managing and running the Initial Teacher Training Programmes as part of the School of Staff Learning and Development, reporting to the Head of School. We also run the Teacher Education courses for subject specialism in Literacy and Numeracy alongside PTLLS, CTLLS and DTLLS to give the maximum support to our trainee teachers. I (with a number of experienced teacher trainers) endeavour to mentor our trainees closely, providing career development/management plan, where we actively contribute to the success of our trainees to secure a job. In my past career, I ran graduate recruitment training for universities. I am a Corporate Member of CIPD and served on CIPD Management Committee in North London in the 1990s. Show less
