Richard not only worked to make sure that the system upgrade occurred without any issues, he has since helped us to find the ‘gaps’ in QQT’s security system. We worked together adding new cameras and an additional DVR. Richard has also used his experience to save us money, when he could have made a sale. When I asked him to investigate installing door contacts at the minor entrances and egresses to the building, he was able to ascertain that there used to be door contacts at these points and the wiring still existed. So he merely installed new contacts and attached the old wiring to our system. This saves us many thousands of dollars.
