I headed up an intern program where she joined having recently completed her Matric. Getting onto the program was an achievement in itself - the entry requirements were stringent, with applicants in their hundreds. She quickly proved her worth and secured permanent employment having completed her internship. Her best trait must be her ability to be the "calm in the storm", and focus on delivering solutions.
