- Worked closely with VOME through the feasibility phase of the Ford Everest and Ford Ranger program. Giving early input into plant constraints and process sequence. - Attended Ford Everest and Ford Ranger ICA Virtual Build event in June2013 at Ford of Australia - Attended Ford Everest and Ford Ranger ICA Slow build event in March2014 at Ford of Australia - Attended Ford Everest ICA and Ford Ranger ICA2 Slow build event in May2017 at Ford of Australia - Confirm all respective processes in terms of cycle line layout, document, jig and tools preparation for supporting MFG complete deliverables at each build phase - Lead MFG representative as a specialist for all issues related to productivity/quality/ergonomics for interior and electrical commodities - Working with VOME to resolve assembly issues quickly. Helping to create ICA’s to keep production running, and having input into PCA proposals. - Being part of cross functional team for Interior and Electrical commodities proposing solutions and driving resolution to launch issues. - Develop Trim Coordinate Build activities to achieve appearance improvement (Interior and Electrical) - BOM validation. An added task that I excelled in and became a specialist for. - Post launch task : Supporting Total Value Management, Functional build, Concerns implementation and process improvement for MFG (Interior and Electrical)
