This is a new role created to support a new partnership with Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust designed to transform clinical and non-clinical support for people struggling with their mental health. I work as part of this team to design, develop and run the peer support pathway and manage peer support workers and volunteers. Other responsibilities include: - Creating and co-facilitating peer-led workshops to help clients self-manage mild to moderate mental health concerns. - Providing individual, person-centered support to a caseload of clients, escalating concerns risk concerns and participating in weekly multi-disciplinary case reviews. - Promoting the peer support pathway to colleagues and partners and delivering CPD on peer support, co-production and community-based models of mental health care.

I co-produced and hosted a weekly radio show with the collective Synaptic Island on Resonance FM. The format of each show was a mixture of music and conversation that revolved around a selected theme. Through this experience, I developed the technical and creative skills involved in radio production allowing me to plan, coordinate and host live broadcasts and produce an imaginative and consistent rosta of shows.
