  As CEO of ekLakshya, I lead the team that delivers world-class technology and behavioural training. I am responsible for training delivery, marketing, partnership development, and team building. We bring our Flipped Classroom methodology to engineering education. We help colleges, universities and educational institutions implement Flipped Classes in foundational subjects. In addition, we offer long- and short-term technology enablement programs in VLSI, IoT etc., faculty development programs to universities and behavioural training programs aimed at peak performance. We also guide graduate, post graduate and Ph.D students in their thesis. Our flagship program — The Abdul Kalam Susandhi Fellowship — selects meritorious students from low-income backgrounds, offering hands-on experience as well as a technical degree.
